Health LPAs cover medical treatment, life-sustaining care, daily routines, and access to medical records. Wealth LPAs handle financial decisions, property, and assets. All LPAs must be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian to be valid. You can appoint multiple attorneys with joint or independent decision rights, ensuring your wishes are respected and protected.
